These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the DeepFast mobile application ("the app"), developed and operated by Honest Dev LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using DeepFast, you agree to these Terms.

1. Medical Disclaimer

DeepFast is NOT a medical device. The app is intended for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

The body phase information displayed in the app (e.g., ketosis, autophagy) is based on general scientific literature and may not accurately reflect your individual metabolic state. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fasting regimen, especially extended fasts beyond 24 hours.

If you experience dizziness, fainting, chest pain, or other concerning symptoms while fasting, stop your fast immediately and seek medical attention.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DeepFast. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country.

3. Your Data

All fasting data, weight entries, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not operate backend servers or cloud databases for user data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for backing up your device. If you delete the app or lose your device, locally stored data cannot be recovered.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

DeepFast offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

If a free trial is offered and you subscribe before the trial ends, the unused portion of the trial is forfeited. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

You agree to use DeepFast only for its intended purpose as a personal fasting timer and tracking tool. You may not:

All content, design, code, and intellectual property in DeepFast is owned by Honest Dev LLC or its licensors. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

DeepFast is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Honest Dev LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, health outcomes, or any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

8. Health Risks

Fasting carries inherent health risks. Extended fasting (beyond 24 hours) should only be undertaken with medical supervision. DeepFast provides tools to track your fasts but does not provide medical advice. You assume all risk associated with your fasting practice.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Honest Dev LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
